3 Years Old

Three year olds learn best through exploring and using all their senses to better understand their world, so we create as many sensory activities to stimulate and promote learning through play as much as possible. Sensory bins, play dough, messy foam play, lots of fun art and craft projects are just some of the ways that children are exposed to learning in this classroom. Music and singing is a daily favorite as well. Learning pre-writing skills, letters, numbers and shapes and a monthly theme or topic keeps these three year olds building their brain power everyday. Story time, puppets and finger plays help to promote early literacy skills and encourage active participation.
